Final paper submission

Final Paper Submission Procedure

The deadline for final paper submission is June 15, 2025.

The authors are kindly asked to begin their final paper with a short abstract (100-150 words). This one should be written with care, since it will be completely published in the FAST-zero'25 Program book given to all the participants, to help them to select the presentations they will attend. Please state carefully the topics in hand, backgrounds of your paper, methodology, results, with clear conclusions and outlooks including potential contribution to achieve zero accident. The full text of this abstract should already be communicated to the organizers as a separate text document by May 15, 2025.

This 100-150 words abstracts should be sent by May 15, 2025, directly by the corresponding author via email to fast-zero25@sciencesconf.org

This email should included the title of your final paper and the reference number communicated in the email of acceptation of your proposal. If the set of authors has changed between the extended abstract and the final paper, please list the new set of authors in this email.

The official language of the symposium for both final paper and presentation is English. Acceptance of proposals was communicated to the authors by march 24, 2025.

Authors had selected one of the two following categories when submitting their extended abstract. Unless the organizers have asked you to change it, you should keep the same category for the paper. The length of your final paper should be:

- 4-6 pages for Scientific paper,

- 2-3 pages for Technical paper, to lighten the workload for industrial engineers.

The template to be used for the final paper using Word can be downloaded here

The template to be used for the final paper using LaTeX will be available soon

You will enter a 4 step procedure, similar to the one used for your extended abstract submission:
