Accommodation in the city of Arles:

4 Hotels were pre-booked by the organizers

Each participant to FAST-zero'25 must book his own accommodation. However, the organizers, in collaboration with the Palais des Congrès d'Arles, have pre-booked 150 rooms in 4 hotels in Arles, with a wide range of rates. Please note that these pre-bookings only cover the dates of the Conference from September 22nd to 26th. If you plan to stay in these hotels before or after you should ensure that the rooms are also available. Please note that all these options will expire on July 28th. We will update the quota of remaining rooms in each hotel at the beginning of each month. We recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible, since Arles is a tourist city and many people are still taking their holidays at the end of September.

Please note that the prices listed below do not include tourist tax (approximately 2 €/day/person for a ** hotel and 4 €/day/person for a **** hotel), which will be added to the bill.
