Accommodation in the city of Arles:
4 Hotels were pre-booked by the organizers
Each participant to FAST-zero'25 must book his own accommodation. However, the organizers, in collaboration with the Palais des Congrès d'Arles, have pre-booked 150 rooms in 4 hotels in Arles, with a wide range of rates. Please note that these pre-bookings only cover the dates of the Conference from September 22nd to 26th. If you plan to stay in these hotels before or after you should ensure that the rooms are also available.
All these options will expire on July 28th. We will update the quota of remaining rooms in each hotel at the beginning of each month. We recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible, since Arles is a tourist city and many people are still taking their holidays at the end of September. Please follow carefully the reservation process indicated below.
The prices indicated below do not include the tourist tax (approximately 2 €/day/person for a ** hotel and 4 €/day/person for a **** hotel), which will be added to your bill.

Hotel 4 Atrium Hotel (Mercure) **** Adress 1 rue Emile Fassin (20 mn walk or bus from Conference venue)
Quota 40 single rooms Remaining on 21/5/25: 39
Price 142 €/room/night including Breakfast or 130 €/room/night without Breakfast
The booking is to be done by email at hc3p3@accor.com (CC hc3p3-fo@accor.com). Please note that the payment for the rooms booked in Atrium hotel should be made on July 28th.
Process for booking in one of these four hotels:
By email, using the adress indicated for each hotel.
You should include the following information in your email:
1. In the title of the email the code: ReservationFASTzero25
2. Date of arrival and departure, Number of nights of stay,
3. Type of room (with or without breakfast),
4. LastName + FirstName,
5. Mobile phone number,
6. Credit Card number with expiration date (could also be communicated by phone),
7. Add the mention "Room to be taken on the FASTzero25 - CCI quota".
You will get a confirmation email from the hotel (Do not worry if it did not arrive immediately).
To ensure the follow-up of these reservations, we advice you to add the adress fast-zero25@sciencesconf.org in CC in your reservation email.
Please do not make a double reservation (using this process and using platforms like Booking... in parallel in the same hotel).
