Registration procedure to the International Symposium FAST-zero'25

 

General principles and registration fees

The registrations and payment of the fees will be opened by the beginning of May, 2025.

All delegates, including those presenting papers, are expected to register for the symposium.

Registration of at least one Author submitting a full paper is due by June 15, 2025. One registration can cover one paper. Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one registration as an "Author".

Students should provide a proof of their student status (student card, letter from their Professor...) in order to benefit of the discounted fee.

Registrations are made exclusively on the website https://fast-zero25.sciencesconf.org/ 

An increased rate is applied for any registration made after June 16, 2025 0h00 (based on Paris summer time UTC+02h00).

* The figures indicated in the table above included tax and are based on a VAT rate of 20 % (rate as of 10/9/24).Application will be made of the VAT in force on the day registrations open.

 

Registration Fees include

For all categories of Delegates:

- Attendance at all plenary and technical sessions,

- Symposium proceedings (digital),

- Book of Program and Abstracts (paper),

- Refreshments,

- Welcome Reception (buffet style),

- FAST-zero'25 Party (buffet style),

 

For Accompagnying persons:

- Welcome Reception (buffet style),

- FAST-zero'25 Party (buffet style),

- Visits (tbd).

 

Registration and payment procedure

You should firstly fill the "Registration form" available from "My space > My registration" or in the "Registration" Menu. All the fields indicated as mandatory with a * should be filled, otherwise you could not access to the payment interface. If a field is not relevant for your personal case, please enter a serie of characters like ---.

Once your form is completed, you could "Overview" it, before clicking on the "Submit" button. you will then access to the payment interface.

Please note that you should fill a specific registration form for your "Accompanying person" in order to enable you to made separated payment.

 

Payment for individual registrations should be made by:

- credit card (excluding American Express) via the payment site set up (opened at the beginning of May 2025). This payment method should be chosen preferably by participants.

- bank transfer (requiring a purchase order form), only when r
egistration fees are paid by an organization. In that case a purchase order must be issued to:

A request should be send by email to fast-zero25@sciencesconf.org to get the bank details of Gustave Eiffel University in order to make the bank transfer.

In both cases:

- Registration is only effective once payment has been made.

- An invoice can be sent upon request.

 

Cancellation conditions

The refund terms are as follows:

- If the organizers were to cancel the conference, the participant would be fully refunded.

However Gustave Eiffel University cannot be held responsible for the interruption or cancellation of the conference occurring as a result of external events such as political, social, transport, economic or public health strikes or other events beyond their control ("force majeure").

 

- In the event of withdrawal by an already registered delegate before June 15, 2025, registration fees will be fully refunded.

- In the event of withdrawal by an already registered delegate between June 16, 2025 and Sept. 01, 2025 inclusive, the registration fees will be refunded at 50 %.

- From Sept. 02, 2025 registration fees are no longer refunded.

In all cases, a cancellation request must be sent by email to fast-zero25@sciencesconf.org. The cancellation will be effective only once validated by the FAST-zero'25 organizing committee via an email acknowledging the cancellation.
